Highest price in Ireland

Top price in Richard Whelan’s LUMVILLE Dispersal Sale last week was for Lumville Abbey (VG89-3YR) who sold for 13,500 Euro, the highest price achieved at auction in Ireland for many, many years.

This 3.5 year old cow was sired by De-Su Gillespy and one of the most complete young cows ever offered at auction in Ireland. Her dam is NORTHLAKE FARMS ADDISHOTTLE ET (EX-94-2E), purchased in the Tulip Sale 2007.
